We are at the reception from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. If you come later, let us know by phone or email and we give you all the information to enter the hostel and your room.

If you make a reservation through the Quartier Hostel website, no deposit will be charged by phone or mail.
In case of booking with booking, hostelworld, agoda or expedia, the conditions of each booker will apply.
If the rate is non-refundable, the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, with no possibility of modification and / or cancellation; so it will not be returned. In case the amount of the reservation exceeds € 300; A deposit of 25% on the reservation will be required.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel outside this period we will charge the amount corresponding to the first night.

The sheets are included, yes. Towels are included in the double and quadruple rooms with private bathroom courtesy of the house. We offer towel rental for 2 €.

The hostel has free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

There is no laundry service inside the Quartier Bilbao. You will find a laundry 5 minutes from it. We will give you directions.

In Casco Viejo you can not park. There are several car parks that are nearby. The Arenal car park is only 7 minutes walk away and costs € 17 / day.

We have both private rooms with their own bathroom, as well as shared rooms.
We have rooms from double, quadruple, as well as bedrooms that include 4, 6, 8 or 10 beds, with bathroom to share.

The bedrooms are mixed. The hostel has a plant that is exclusively for girls, too.

Payment is accepted in cash and also by credit card. Payment is not accepted with American Express / Diners Club or traveler’s checks.

Each person has a locker with a lock. There you can put your things. Also, you can lock your room with a key.

If possible. Minors can not share a room. For this, you must reserve a private room.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel; under a fine of up to € 5000. We have a balcony on the fifth floor, where you can smoke.

You can enter and leave at any time. That we do have to respect the rest of the other guests, as well as the neighbors; so it is requested silence from 22.30 at night.

We have a kitchenette that has a kettle, toaster, microwave and an oven. The food can be stored in the refrigerator.

Breakfast is included in the rate. Apart from this we offer coffee and tea all day long. We also have vending machines / refrigerators and where you can buy local beer, as well as water, soft drinks, beer or wine.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
